Sailing Club of Thessaloniki (I.O.Th.)
Since its foundation in 1931, the Sailing Club of Thessaloniki created the core of water sports both in the city and nationwide, and met increasing popularity among the youth.
Over the past years, the club has trained thousands of athletes and champions in greek and international races, and reached its success peak at its participation at the Olympics in sailing and rowing. Its biggest achievement though, is the enhancement of the athletic spirit and the contribution to the proper upbringing and education of young athletes. The facilities available are gyms, boat houses, offices, changing rooms, escort boats, teaching classes, athletes/members halls etc.
The Sailing Club of Thessaloniki currently offers Sailing, Rowing, Swimming Technique, Canoe & Kayak and Bridge Athletic classes for all levels and ages. Within the club’s premises you’ll find a restaurant and a bar.
