Allatini Mills
The Allatini Mills constitute a very interesting example of industrial development of the city, although the complex remains untapped for the time being. One of the richest men of the city,Moses Allatini founded the industry which continued by his two sons. The current main building of Mills was built in 1898, designed by the Italian architect Vitaliano Poselli while the complex also included the administration building, warehouses, refrigerators, and the roller mill building.
